ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Carolina, a psychologist and therapeutic coach dedicated to helping people navigate anxiety and ADHD with greater ease and self-compassion. I know that struggling with overwhelming thoughts, emotional ups and downs, and the pressure to "keep it together" can feel exhausting. That’s why I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore these challenges at your own pace.

My integrative approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, therapeutic coaching, and nervous system regulation to help you develop a deeper connection between your mind and body. I believe healing happens when we understand our patterns, learn practical tools, and feel truly seen and supported.

Through guided techniques such as breathwork, grounding exercises, and body awareness, I support clients in cultivating a greater sense of calm and clarity in their daily lives.

Cognitive Behavioural Psychology

CBT is an evidence-based approach that focuses on how our thoughts shape our experiences.

Research shows that our mindset has a significant impact on how we navigate life. By identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, we gain the freedom to make empowered choices, even in difficult situations.

CBT is widely recognised as one of the most effective methods for improving mental health and well-being.

Nervous System Regulation

Anxiety and ADHD often involve heightened nervous system responses, making emotional regulation more challenging. By developing a stronger connection with the body through somatic awareness and regulation techniques, clients learn to manage stress, increase resilience, and regain a sense of balance.

Therapeutic Coaching™ brings together the best of psychotherapy and solution-focused coaching, offering a powerful framework for deep healing and meaningful change.
