Humanistic therapy
In humanistic therapy, the main focus is on a person's capacity to make rational choices and flourish through personal development.
Everyone has the capacity to co-create your reality and imply changes to have a better life. Sometimes we only need some help to access this capabilities.
Cognitive Behavioural Psychology
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) emphasizes thoughts rather than actions.
Research proves that our thoughts greatly influence the outcomes of situations.
Recognizing this allows us to feel empowered and make choices even in seemingly limited situations. It provides the freedom to challenge unhelpful thoughts and improve life outcomes.
CBT is widely acknowledged as the most evidence-based approach to achieving better results in mental health treatments.
Psychoanalysis
We can only change problematic patterns of behaviour by a detailed analysis of past experiences to bring awareness of when it all began. The past experiences allow us to promote change in the present.
In psychoanalysis, we focus on changing problematic behaviours by understanding the unconscious meanings and motivations behind them.

Positive Psychology

Positive psychology encourages developing a positive mindset and engaging in activities like gratitude exercises, mindfulness, and goal-setting to promote well-being.
Through coaching therapy, positive psychology offers a powerful approach to help clients achieve their goals, find fulfillment, and lead a meaningful life.
