Through guided techniques such as breathwork, grounding exercises, and body awareness, I support clients in cultivating a greater sense of calm and clarity in their daily lives.
Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic Coaching™ blends the depth of therapy with the practicality of coaching, helping individuals heal, grow, and create lasting change. By integrating psychology, mindfulness, and transformational techniques, this approach empowers people to overcome obstacles and build a more balanced, fulfilling life.
In my practice, I use Therapeutic Coaching™ alongside other evidence-based methods to provide a personalised and holistic path to well-being.
Cognitive Behavioural Psychology
CBT is an evidence-based approach that focuses on how our thoughts shape our experiences.
Research shows that our mindset has a significant impact on how we navigate life. By identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, we gain the freedom to make empowered choices, even in difficult situations.
CBT is widely recognised as one of the most effective methods for improving mental health and well-being.
Nervous System Regulation
Anxiety and ADHD often involve heightened nervous system responses, making emotional regulation more challenging. By developing a stronger connection with the body through somatic awareness and regulation techniques, clients learn to manage stress, increase resilience, and regain a sense of balance.

Individual Life Coaching sessions help you to learn about yourself. We work through behavioural, communicational, thought and relational patterns. Together we can find the way through your difficulties to achieve a better life.

Trauma-Informed Therapy
It is not easy to talk to someone about your issues when wounds from the past still hunt you and cause so much pain. A Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist facilitates the process to help you navigate your emotions while holding the space so you feel safe and validated through the session.
